I have only just now found out that both of my grandfathers(great) committed suicide. This being before I was born and it got me thinking about the fact that I was definitely meant to meet Olly. As much as the pain I have felt after his taking his life it is becoming clearer why I feel I need to continue the 'release via creativity' projects. Please, if you have any thoughts, experiences etc in mental health, suicidal tendancies or such post them here please.
